[DDI-SRG] Proprietary Record Layouts

Don't have a feeling one way or another. Now that PhysicalDataStructure is 
a scheme it may make sense to make all the BaseRecordLayout subsitutions 
separate shemas.   Do yo need a bug or can it be compiled under he 
restructuring of PhysicalDataStructure?
