[DDI-SRG] NCube related bugs entered (also logical)

I entered several bugs related to ncubes and logical (111-117).

The definition of an aggregated measure or aggregated variable should be 
probably discussed next conference call (see the alternative suggestions 
in bug 116).

Last week we discussed the definition and indication of a clean ncube on 
the data level. I don't think this is necessary when we can describe a 
clean relationship of hierarchical levels on the logical level, details 
see bug 117.

Did I miss to enter something as bug what we already discussed regarding
