Wait....we were removing generation from Variable and changing the NAME of 
derivationInstruction TO GenerationInsruction


ACTION
Rename DerivationInstrution to GenerationInstruction
Add the following from current l:Generation

@isDerived type="xs:boolean"
complex element "CommandFile"
Move CommandFileType from logicalproduct to datacollection as it will no 
longer be used in logicalproduct.
