[DDI-SRG] Bug 70

Folks:

 

A minor issue. We are removing Generation from datacollection since it is
redundant with DerivationInstruction.

 

We also agreed to remove Generation. However, it is used in CategoryType.
Thus, I will not be moving or removing Generation, but all other changes
will be made

 

Any issues/ideas, let me know.
