[DDI-SRG] Bug 68 repercussions

Folks:

 

Bug 68 says that QuestionItem must be versionable - which makes sense.
Currently, it is identifiable.

 

However, under the new scheme, where everything is an extension of
everything else where this makes sense, QuestionItem is an extension of
ControlConstruct.

 

I would argue that all ControlConstructs become versionable. Ither that, or
they all remain identifiable, which means a Question bank would be less
useful.

 

Any opinions? If not, I will make these all versionable.
