[DDI-SRG] Schema module imports

Below are some additional thoughts based on the notes in my older email.
These are just ideas and need your review.
xml is imported in reusable and reusable is used everywhere. So it
probably must be imported only in reusable. reusable must be imported
only in the "lower" stand-alone modules, which comprehends everything
from the list above without group, studyunit, and the new resourcepackage.
reusable is imported in physicaldataproduct and the substitution modules
import physicaldataproduct. So it doesn't seem to be necessary to import
reusable in the substitution modules.
group imports studyunit, so I'm not sure if everything which gets
imported in studyunit must be again imported in group.
reusable is imported in studyunit, group, or resourcepackage. Again I'm
not sure if it is necessary it doesn't seem to be necessary to import
reusable in instance.
comparative imports logicalproduct, conceptualcomponent, datacollection.
So it doesn't seem to be necessary to import reusable in comparative.
