Mary,

We discussed this in our TIC meeting last week. There will definately be
a
CR-3 (coming out in the next 1.5-2 weeks) that will incorporate the
majority of the bugs currently in Mantis. This should include all of the

the sizable structural changes that we have identified or anticipate.
There may be a CR-4 dependending upon the number of bugs that come up. I

have drafted a gant chart of our production timeline and will be
finalizing it at this weeks meeting. The goal date is still the end of
March (possibly into the first few days of April).

The use case chart has been updated recently and there are a number that

are "almost there". Some are waiting for CR-3 so major changes can be
dealt with. I don't think subsequent changes will result in needing more

than a slight "fiddle" with the content.

In terms of the controlled vocabulary, ken was on the TIC call last week

and agreed to send us a spread sheet indicating those items that have
been
reviewed, whether they will have a controlled vocabulary or not, the
priority for completing the controlled vocabulary (what must go into
3.0),
and an estimation of when they will be ready.

So I think we're in good shape.

Wendy
