[DDI-SRG] editing documents delivered

FYI I have just sent Sanda and Mary a full set of word documents based on 
the html pages for editing. They have had changes and undocumented/poorly 
documented sections highlighted. I found several pesky little bugs while 
prepping these. Will enter in Mantis this weekend.
