[DDI-SRG] CR3 Release (Feb 17, 2008)

Folks:
   
  I attach three files:
  - A ZIP of all the schemas - I am assuming that  J, Achim, and Pascal will generate and post the HTML, Windows Help, and online help versions of these files.
  - My set of notes describing changes (Bugs2.txt)
  - Wendy's comments on my draft release (corrections.txt - for Wendy to update Mantis with)
   
  All geography bugs are fixed, as are the format bugs for proprietary which PAscal raised, but N-Cube and administrative dates bugs are not.
