[DDI-SRG] A question about schemes - for TIC agenda this week

Folks:
   
  In implementing some of the few last changes before making the DI CR3 drop, I have realized that schemes are not all designed to allow for inclusion of items by reference from other schemes. It *is* allowed for other entire schemes to be included by reference, but there are probably cases where you want to pull in individual items from another scheme. This would not be impossible to do, so I propose adding this to the agenda for this week's call, pending discussion.
