[DDI-SRG] NCube physical stores

As CR3 is expected out late AZ today (one of the advantages of living to 
to west of the rest of us), I am holding on the sending out the NCube 
physical store structures that have been disucssed in the past few weeks. 
There are major changes in the overall PhysicalDataStructure and it will 
be easier to note new changes to the specific baserecord substitutions 
once that is published. I'll send something out tomorrow.
