There is no built in search but fairly easy to implement using Google

I used the free version. The licensed one comes with a template editor
that provides more control of the output.
License is €99 or free for qualifying educational institutions.
Note that it's not that hard to modify their .tpl files by hand (but
they deserve the support)

Note that you can also generate an RTF output but in the particular case
of DDI 3/0, it results in a 62Mb / 4500 pages document :-)
