this also raises the question of Identifier maintenance. Everyone in Gesis 
would need to agree how they were handling identifiers so there is no 
duplication. This is one of the reasons I don't think preregistration is 
the best way to implement this. There must be some middle ground where we 
can quickly get allience members listed without requiring lots of 
corrections.

We'll discuss this more tomorrow at the meeting.
