1) Nail down the booth details
- I have attached a couple of photos the Mary provided of the standard 
"booth". We may want to use this so that we present a consistant image.
- I've been playing with powerpoint and we can imbed hyperlinks to other 
ppt files and move back and forth to them from a slide in the main ppt.

2) Field level documentation published as PDF
We used to have a Part IVB which was a pdf of the field level 
documentation. A few weeks ago we decided to forgo this because we have 
the html version in the schema package (Part IV). Achim has suggested 
publishing this as a PDF again. If so shouldn't it be part of the 
Technical Specification again? Would it be a different part number? Should 
it be Part III Field Level Documenation and move the model to a Part V - 
Model?

3) Expert Committee meeting
Agenda is below. We need to walk through and make notes of points we want 
to make in places where we are involved and anything we need to be sure is 
brought up in discussion of other areas.
