[DDI-SRG] discontinuing DDI phone calls

Hi All,

Congratulations on the release of the DDI 3.0. I'm very glad to see the
fruition of the years of hard work. I'm already looking forward to the 3.1
version.

However, in light of my other time commitments, I am discontinuing my
involvement on the TIC, as I am unable to work the weekly phone conferences
into my schedule. Please take me off the weekly call list.
