[DDI-SRG] Questions on GrossRecordStructure

Wendy and all:
Just looking at the GrossRecordStructure in PhysicalDataProduct and 
wondering if we still need the @recordsPerCase and variableQuantity 
attributes:
- @recordsPerCase is documented as "number of logical records per case" 
but this can only be equal to 1 given than LogicalRecordReference is 1..1
- @variableQuantity, we should be able to compute this number based on 
the LogicalRecord and this seem redundant and prone to introduce 
discrepancies. Just wanted to check with you before filing a bug. Let me
