[DDI-SRG] Examples for candidate draft version or schemas for public review version?

Could someone help with the correct dates? Is this right?

Version 3.0 Public Release Version (January 2007)
Version 3.0 Candidate Release Version (July 2007)

probably a good idea. Basically we should always link to the offical
copy which is the one on sourceforge.
