[DDI-SRG] Examples for candidate draft version or schemas for public review version?

Should we start referencing DDI Version 3 sourceforge versions on this
page so that we have links to the Public Release and Candidate Release
and they are clearly shown as distinct?

	The public review release was finished at the beginning of
February.
	
	I think, until the publication of DDI 3 (and probably also
further), the 
	public review version schemas should be available as download at
the DDI 
	web site and also available at sourceforge.

		I know that Sanda was working on updating her PR
versions to CD version
		but don't know if they were posted. I'm copying this to
