I have a question regarding DDI3 markup. Is there a convention reagrding 
the condition code tag in: if, ifthen ... etc in the instumentation of 
the datacollection.

Eg.:

There does not seen to be a standard/ convention to bescribe the exact 
condition, is this so or am I missing something?
