[DDI-SRG] DDI Audiences

Mary and all,
The listing below focuses on what sections might be used by various
groups. In doing presentations to different groups I found that one of the
major differences lies in the process. The individual researcher's
information source is generally themselves or collegues. Large statistical
agencies or large survey centers use a variety of software and processes
to manage their systems, therefore the informaton that goes into DDI comes
from automated processes. It might be instructive to think through the
processs of these different users groups in terms of both training and
software development.
