Minutes from Nov 15 and Nov 29 meetings posted at

Note that no other meetings were held in November. The major agenda item 
for next week is DataTypes and NumericDataTypes. Please go over any 
material Achim sends out prior to the meeting. We need to get this nailed 
down so it can get in the CR-3.

Also, new bugs have been added to mantis. Please look at them and add any 
comments to mantis regarding them. We want to resolve as many of these as 
possible and get them in CR-3.
