[DDI-SRG] DDI 3.0

Hi Rob,

I'm wondering if it would be ok to repost your question and Arofan's 
response on the DDI Users list. I think there are others interested in 
this and we would like to get more activity on that list. The SRG list is 
the internal working list for the Technical Implementation Committee. 
We're not concerned if you care to lurk here, but it is a lot of interal 
back and forth and we do use it as if it were a closed list. The members 
of the SRG are all on the DDI-users list and respond there to questions 
that are raised.
