New bug 86

Please read..add notes and lets see if we can resolve this on-line. I 
found this one when completing the mapping and have already received email 
from Mary. I thought we had addressed this before.

I have checked back and this was raised during the internal review and 
declined. Please read the added note with the information from this 
disposition. It includes a basis for reopening the issue. I have assigned 
this bug to Arofan.
