I am cancelling tomorrows TIC meeting.

Look for emails tomorrow covering:
1)  minutes from the Dagstuhl meeting
2)  Mantis updates
3)  Upcoming agenda items

Please read through all of this material when you get it. In order to have 
productive meetings and meet our deadlines with the schema publication we 
really need to have informed discussions. This means I will become much 
better about getting agendas out in advance and we all need to get 
documents out in sufficient time to review prior to meetings.
