The following TIC members do not have access to Mantis and need to supply 
J with your prefered email address so he can set you up with access. You 
will be entered with Updater status and all discussion of bugs should take 
place on Mantis. The exception is discussions during conference 
calls. I will copy the notes from these discussion to Mantis.
