[DDI-SRG] mantis email problems

Hi Pascal,

I was curious about why the mantis emails were winding up as spam. I ran the
ip 213.171.221.13 of opendatafoundation.org against an email blacklist check
at http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and it came back with 2
positives on blacklists. Either the host needs to be changed, or someone
from opendatafoundation.org needs to work on getting off the blacklists.
