Everyone,

Thanks to a lot of help from Sanda and Matt the Candidate page on the DDI 
site has been revised so that there is a clear differentiation between the 
Candidate Draft material and Public Review maaterial. also the names have 
been corrected to their originals and the full zip file as delivered is 
up.

Any further revisions if needed will wait until Mary's return. The goal 
for this revision was clarification and correction of errors.
