This is the result of a string of about a dozen emails with Sanda. The 
second column allows notation of when high level documentation was added 
or a bug filed (in short the type of follow-up). Right now this is an 
internal document. However, we could add a link to it from the candidate 
reveiw page. I stripped out conversational pieces, expressions of 
frustration, misunderstandings in terms of the question being asked, and 
personal identifiers. I can testify that the questions I get directly to 
me are much more off the cuff and more confused (as expressed in tone) 
than those sent to the list. I think people need this kind of "shoulder to 
cry on" aspect of one-on-one so even though its a bit of work to clean 
these out, its worth the extra work. With a format to work with I'll end 
up processing my emails differently, capturing questions and responses in 
the form and pasting into an email response.

If you use this format for any discussions you have with implementors I 
can just attach them to the bottom.
