I wasn't on the last call, but do we really think we need to disseminate to
the entire Alliance? Perhaps the Expert Committee?

I'd like to discuss this with Wendy and the whole TIC on the next call.
Probably, Wendy should be the one to send it out.

Attached a draft version of a short User Guide for the DDI 3.0-CR bug
tracker (http://mantis.ddialliance.org). Would appreciate you
comments/feedback. It may need to be adjusted based on J's initial note.
Once this is finalized, it should be send tout to the alliance, all the
technical groups and known use case implementers. As I will be on
vacation Jul 19- Aug 6, I may need someone to volunteer for this
dissemination effort. J is co-administrator and can create user accounts
as needed.
