[DDI-SRG] CR 3 status

Folks:
   
  Just an FYI - J has made all of his changes to the CR 3 schemas, and I plan to be working on most of the changes in Mantis while at the XML 2007 conference early this week. I will not be on-line, so I have a copy of the bugs such as they are now.
   
  I do not plan to touch the datatype/data format issues, but will try to implement everything else.
   
  I'm shooting for Thursday to have this done.
