[DDI-SRG] update on Jeremy and Dan

I talked to Jeremy and Dan today. They showed me the work they are doing 
and I think we definately need to have one of them at the meeting in 
October. They are free if we can provide funding. The software they've 
created to work with the question and instrument sections is impressive 
and there are some definately thigns we can learn from them in interacting 
with this section of DDI.

So lets see how this all shakes out and see if we can make sure we are 
able to invite who we need by the end of August so we've got some lead 
time on ticketing.
