[DDI-SRG] Move to SVN and reorganization

Ok, it didn't take long to get the CVS ported over the SVN at  
Sourceforge. I sat down and spent 20 minutes reorganizing everything  
and heres what I came up with for a first stab.

DDI-UOG
    \ whatever was in the old UOG directory...


Note, I froze the CVS tree so that no commits can be done there for  
the time being. Everyone now has commit right on the SVN repository  
now. Its still anonymously readable at its original location (and  
would be very difficult to actually get taken offline at S.F.)
