[DDI-CDG] Proposal from my view

Hello everybody,

I tried to summarize some ideas already known from several emails from 
me. The (draft) proposal includes following subjects:
- super study model
- variable classification, variable banks etc.
- formal language for derived variables
- modular DDI in the sense of multiple files, XInclude

We didn't discuss these ideas in depth. Nevertheless I'm interested that 
this material is added to the package for the SRG, which will include 
Reto's papers and the general paper from Oliver.

The description is in the Word file. The proposed elements and therefore 
the details are in the Excel file. Examples are provided as XML files 
and as PDF files.

If you have any comments or questions please send an email to me or to 
the group this week. The SRG meeting will start next week at Tuesday, 
10/18/2005.
