[DDI-CDG] Drafting the proposal

Thats 3 am in Minnesota. If you can move it back an hour or 2, I'd
actually be more awake. However....if its 3 am I can force myself to get
up and be available. If you need to set up this call through the
conference operator, I don't know how much lead time they need...and if
they do calls at what for them is 4 in the morning.

However, this definately sounds like a good plan of action. Thank you for
getting this moving.
