[DDI-ADG] time pieces in V 2.0

Hi,
Just a couple of general comments about time and how it fits into the 3.0
outline. There is the multi-use class of time elements that can be used in
any module. There can also be special or specific use time related
elements in the individual modules. While I haven't done this, it might be
useful to determine which of the current or needed time elements should be
in the repeatable class and which are module specific.
