[DDI-ADG] Time Reusable Classes

Would it make more sense to have a single structure with an
element/attribute that designated a collection, reporting, reference, or
other type of date rather than separate elements for each? I have a more
extensive list from SRG discussions but its on a computer at home. I'll
send it tonight.
