[DDI-ADG] date stamps

Hi, all.

I'd like to suggest that we also look at how the elements included in
Mary's and Ken's lists "translate" into the proposed new version.

-Many of the "administrative" dates, for instance, are part of the citation
section in Version 2.0 (prodDate, distDate, depDate, etc.)
But the reusable class citation in V 3.0 only contains one date - and I
don't see any distribution statement. I'm not saying this is wrong,
I'm just saying it looks different, and we might want to decide which way
we want it.
-Another difference is that version (+date) is now included in File/Section
ID class, rather than in citation.
-I did not find any entry for software in the new DDI version (??)
-Also, while the Data Collection module includes timeMethod and
frequencyOfDataCollection, I could not find entries for timePrd and collDate
(and I apologize in advance if I missed or misread something, but I thought
I should mention these things).

Finally, I forgot to indicate in my previous list of "time pieces" in V 2.0
that the element <varFormat> has a "category" attribute with choices date,
time, currency and other.
If these are maintained, maybe we could clarify the use of this attribute?

Thanks
Sanda.
