Daniel Stegmueller is an assistant professor in the Department of Government at the University of Essex. He earned his Ph.D. in social science from the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. His research interests lie at the intersection of political economy and political behavior. Methodologically he is interested in models for dynamic panel data, hierarchical/multilevel models, categorical data analysis, IRT/measurement models, and Bayesian Nonparametrics.
