I've lost my password and the "Request your password" function isn't working for me. What do I do?
Email email@example.com. The "request your password" function emails the password to the email address specified in your MyData account. If that account is no longer active, an ICPSR staff member will need to go in and manually change that email address for you, and then have a password sent to the correct address. It's also a good idea to make sure that any spam filters you have installed aren't inadvertently deleting email from ICPSR.
