Senior Research Area Specialist, National Archive of Criminal Justice Data (NACJD)
Julia Roach serves as the Project and Archive Manager for data collections supported by the U.S. Department of Justice, National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) within NACJD.
Ms. Roach received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and her Master's degree in Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University. Her background is in research methods and procedures and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She oversees the day-to-day operation of the NIJ and OJJDP projects including acquisitions outreach and support for depositors, supervision of processing staff, user support, restricted data contract maintenance and administration.
