We will also consider many of the broad similarities between these approaches that are making collaborations between bio and data repositories more common. Secondly, representatives from the Study of Women's Health Across the Nation (SWAN) will discuss how their study has created and integrated both data preservation and the sharing of human specimens collected from SWAN participants. Third, representatives from the Health and Retirement Study (HRS) will speak on how social surveys integrate the collection of biospecimens into their study designs.
