Meeting Evaluation

Please provide ICPSR with feedback on the 2011 meeting and suggestions for 2013!

The survey will be available at the start of the meeting on October 5, 2011. It will remain open for approximately one week after the close of the meeting on October 7, 2011.

ICPSR is using SurveyMonkey to gather feedback on the 2011 meeting. For those that would like to attend a session and then immediate evaluate that session, we have arranged the survey such that attendees can go into the survey multiple times to provide feedback. There are some caveats:

  • If you complete all of the questions on the survey and hit Done on the final page, the technology will believe you have finished the survey and you cannot come back and edit.
  • If you plan to return to the survey later, you can complete as many questions as you like, hit Next to save your responses, and then select "Exit this survey" in the upper right corner.
  • When you return to the survey, you will land on the last page you completed; click on Prev to return to and edit earlier questions.
  • To save your responses for Question 5 (the individual sessions evaluations), you need to enter the evaluation(s) and hit Next to save your responses.
  • You must complete the survey from the same computer that you started the survey. Otherwise, the technology will assume you are a new respondent.
  • If you complete part of the survey and then clear your cookies, the technology may not be able to direct you to your survey.
Please note that since we have set up the survey to be completely anonymous, ICPSR will unfortunately not be able to reconnect users to a partially completed survey. Thank you for completing the 2011 Meeting Evaluation!
