Summary: The data for this study were collected to provide information on patterns of domestic conflict behavior in 111 independent countries for the years 1919-1966. The variables record the occurrence of riots, anti-government demonstrations, purges, major government crises, strikes, coups, revolutions, assassinations, and guerrilla war.
