2009 Monitoring the Future Released

The data and documentation files for the 2009 Monitoring the Future series are now available. Both the 8th/10th grade study and 12th grade study are available for download. The core data file is also available for online analysis. SDA codebooks for the remaining parts of the 12th grade study as well as all eight parts of the 8th/10th grade study will be available on SAMHDA's View Codebook's page.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Data Archive (SAMHDA) is an initiative funded under a contract, number 283-10-0324, through the Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (CBHSQ), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

We appreciate the appropriate citation for analyses using data obtained from SAMHDA. Each SAMHDA study description and codebook includes a suggested bibliographic citation for the data.
