Description

The Pubertal Development Scale was consisted of items used to ascertain pubertal status for subjects. This was interviewer administered in Wave 1. It was in a self-report format in Wave 2 and Wave 3 and was referred to as the Physical Development Scale.

WAVE 1: The Pubertal Development Scale (PDF 2.3MG) was administered by the interviewer to subjects in Cohorts 9, 12, and 15.

WAVE 2: The Physical Development Scale (PDF 3.1MG) was a self-report measure administered to subjects in Cohorts 9, 12, and 15.

WAVE 3: The Physical Development Scale (PDF 2.4MG) was a self-report measure administered to subjects in Cohorts 6, 9, and 12.
