Description

The Major Depressive Disorder (Subject / Subject and Young Adult) instrument was adapted from the Depression module of the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children (DISC 4). It was administered to subjects and obtained information regarding the subject's depression.

WAVE 2: The subject version of the Major Depressive Disorder instrument (PDF 2.3MG) was administered to subjects for Cohorts 9 to 15.

WAVE 3: The subject and young adult version of the Major Depressive Disorder instrument (PDF 2.6MG) was administered to subjects for Cohorts 6 to 15.
