The Family Suicide Interview asked questions regarding completed suicide of any family members. WAVE 2: The Family Suicide Interview instrument (PDF 1.9MB) was adapted from a section of the Major Depression Disorder module of the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children (DISC 4) and obtained information regarding any members of the subject's family who had committed suicide. It was administered to subjects' caregivers for Cohorts 0 to 15. |
