(CGTAR1)    NOTE: The variable CIG30TPE corresponds to the
variable CIG30TYP that existed prior to 2005.  The name was
changed due to the addition of a new level in 2005 for
"Mediums." For this reason, data from CIG30TPE may not be
comparable with data from CIG30TYP in prior years.
