Summary: This file contains national-level data concerning female/male differentials over a range of demographic and socioeconomic variables for each of 69 developing countries. Breakdowns by age and urban/rural residence were frequently included. Data were drawn primarily from censuses and reliable surveys, and constitute the most recently available information at the time of collection.
