When I attempt to play your video files, I get an error message about a missing codec. What's going on?

In Windows 7, some users will see the following error message when they try to view our Webinars:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer.

You will need to install the GoTo Meeting Codec so that Windows Media Player can view .wmv files produced by GoTo Meeting for our Webinars.
